Nov. 2018 fort und konzentrierte sich dabei auf die F\u00fchrungspositionen, wobei Themenbereiche wie Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf, Gendergerechtigkeit, Diversity, parit\u00e4tische Organisationsmodelle oder strategische Karriereplanung ebenfalls diskutiert wurden.
