{"id":12130,"date":"2018-07-20T11:10:07","date_gmt":"2018-07-20T11:10:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.frauenkulturbuero-nrw.de\/?p=12130"},"modified":"2018-09-03T07:15:52","modified_gmt":"2018-09-03T07:15:52","slug":"stpendiatin-gohar-martirosyan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.frauenkulturbuero-nrw.de\/?p=12130","title":{"rendered":"Stipendiatin Gohar Martirosyan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Im Fr\u00fchling 2018 verbrachte die armenische K\u00fcnstlerin Gohar\u00a0Martirosyan im Rahmen des<a href=\"https:\/\/www.frauenkulturbuero-nrw.de\/index.php\/projekte\/internationaler-austausch\/\">\u00a0internationalen Austauschprojekts<\/a>\u00a0zwei Monate in Deutschland.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>FKB<\/strong>: \u00a0Gohar, what was your motivation to apply for the international exchange?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gohar<\/strong>: I wanted to see how my art would be transformed under the influence of new contacts and collaborations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FKB<\/strong>: How did you organize your stay in Germany?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gohar<\/strong>: I\u00a0 tried to play with the rhythm of life. On the one hand I traveled a lot and on the other hand l experienced a lot of new spaces and got to know local artists. (With some I have ideas for collaborations in the future.) <br \/>During my stay in Germany I got the time and quietness to deepen into my inner dialogue to develop my work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FKB<\/strong>: How far does life and art in Germany differ from life and art in Armenia from your point of view?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gohar<\/strong>: I appreciate that german life runs in an extreme fast rhythm. And at the same time, I like the phenomenon of Armenia as a country &#8222;outside of time,&#8220; where modern and ancient life co-exist. <br \/>I think these two forms of life could complement each other in harmony. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>FKB<\/strong>: What were the most impressing experiences for you?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gohar<\/strong>: I was very impressed by the process of working with the photographer Michael Schaab. We were obsessed with an idea and its realisation. There were no boundaries to think and no &#8222;impossible&#8220; existing, so we\u2019re creating a performance in a public place near by the Landtag in D\u00fcsseldorf.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FKB<\/strong>: Could you work during the residence in D\u00fcsseldorf and Goch?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gohar<\/strong>: Of course, I worked mentally and physically.
